PARTNERS.
NED BROWN | DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Ned Brown began his career like a lot of people: by accident. Twenty-five years later, he is still at it, working with top brands and artists around the world. Leading various award winning companies, he has helped forge relationships with brands in a way that pushes the boundaries of what storytelling can do. He has been a strong voice in steering the community by sitting on the board of the AICP for many years. He has built a reputation for using a more efficient and targeted approach in creative partnerships for brand building. With a firm belief that this 360 structure is also applicable to real life, he mixes his work with being a Dad, a mentor to foster youth, a board member for three different non-profit organizations and a soldier in the fight for progress and social justice. He has a hard time sitting still and is excited to tell you all his ideas for changing the world.

Rich Lee founded Drive Studios in 2016 with the inspiration to do things differently. Already a successful commercial and music video director, his goal was to break the mold of traditional agency and production company’s outdated structure. His solution was a concept to completion model based on the foundation that anything is possible. Lee has directed spots for brands such as Nissan, Carl's Jr, Beats by Dre, Samsung and Amazon. He has also directed music videos for Billie Eilish, Eminem, Lana Del Rey, The Black Eyed Peas, Shakira, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, Michael Jackson, Norah Jones and many others. Rich began his career in New York as a sculptor and fabricator, creating set pieces for the Broadway shows The Lion King, Titanic the Musical and Phantom of the Opera. He eventually worked his way to Hollywood where he supervised 3D animated previsualizations of action and effects heavy blockbuster films. His feature credits include The Pirates of the Caribbean I, II & III, I Am Legend, Minority Report and Constantine and many others.
